- We meet you at the airport of Barcelona and we provide a personal service, assisting you in finding and purchasing properties. we take care of the hosting and we give you a tour of the region.
- we accompany you on property viewings with an interpretor.
2) buying a home
- we arrange a visit to a french bank to secure a mortgage (in euros).
- assistance with the notary.
- we handle the preparation of the legal administrative papers (electricity / gas / water supplier ; home insurance...)
- if you wish, we arrange the renting contract and advise you on the different options (see our renting section).
